These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ardor Rituals website, products, services, and mobile application (together, the “Services”), operated by Craftgems OÜ (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order or use the Services.
3. Our products and services
We offer handcrafted natural-gemstone talismans (mala beads and bracelets), personal consultations, gift cards, workshops, and access to the Ardor Rituals mobile application. Many of our products are custom-made and personalized based on the information you provide.
4. Orders, pricing and payment
- All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and, where applicable, include VAT.
- An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or pricing error).
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you agree to Stripe’s terms in addition to ours.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship the products to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Any customs duties or import taxes for deliveries outside the EU are your responsibility.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Under EU consumer law, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, this right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, which includes our custom talismans and consultations prepared specifically for you.
Where the right of withdrawal applies, items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Defective or incorrect items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with your statutory rights. To start a return or report an issue, contact contact@ardorituals.com.
7. Consultations and wellbeing disclaimer
Our talismans, rituals, consultations, and app content are intended to support presence, reflection, and general wellbeing. They are not medical, psychological, or professional advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for health concerns.
8. Mobile application access
Access to the Ardor Rituals mobile app is provided to customers via invitation associated with a purchase. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or breach of these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Services — including text, designs, graphics, photography, and the Ardor Rituals name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Craftgems OÜ and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt them, access them unlawfully, or use them for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Estonia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
